Intuitive and Concrete Knowledge
There's a tremendous difference between knowing something will happen in an abstract way and getting concrete proof that it has happened. I always think that the former will prepare me for the latter. I'm always wrong.

This is excellent. Whoever said you were no poet had no clue what they were talking about.
You know what they say about a thousand monkeys and a thousand typewriters? Perhaps that force is in play here. Or perhaps both angst and brevity are the soul of wit.
All told, I'd much rather have the girl and not be reckoned a poet than the other way around. Unfortunately, sometimes one has to take what one can get.
